3. Installation & Equipment

Installation charges, router/ONU deposits, and device ownership depend on the selected plan.

Devices provided on a rental/returnable basis must be returned in working condition if service is discontinued.

Damage or loss to equipment may incur replacement charges.

4. Billing & Payments

All plans must be paid in advance unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Payments once made are non-refundable, except under special cases defined in our Refund Policy.

Late payments may result in temporary service suspension.

Renewal reminders may be sent through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call.
